Up early at 7am today, slowly shaving off my sleeping hours until this jetlag is dealt with.

Spent the better part of the morning washing up, cleaning my room, writing emails, making breakfast and talking to Ethel online.
It's hitting the afternoon now, sun's out and the weather is gorgeous,

and my hair colour is finally showing! It's supposed to get lighter and more obvious in about a week, fingers crossed.


My dresses came in the mail! hurreh




Will now attempt my past societies essay in my room and go down to uni if I can't focus.
Wish I had more time to write about my holiday back home and the things I have learnt,
but for now let me just say I am grateful. And although circumstances may make me feel isolated externally at times, I know I am never alone. In many ways, I am always surrounded by a cocoon of friends and family.
